- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We offer free shipping for all pre-paid orders.
- Shipping rates for COD will be 150 rupees which will reflect in the checkout page.
- We currently ship to PAN INDIA.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package via the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- we can only ship to the pin-codes which are serviceable by our delivery partner.
Lost or Damaged Items
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping. Please ensure you provide the correct address and check with the carrier if your package has been delayed or misplaced.
- If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Return Policy:
We accept returns and offer refunds only in the case of defective or damaged products within 24hours after the product delivery. To process your return, we require a video that captures the unboxing of the parcel, from the moment it is opened to the end, as evidence of the condition in which the product was received.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-12 business days.
